About Our Parties
Reserve your two hour party today!
Our parties are for up to 14 children between the ages of 2 - 8.
Children under the age of 2 do not affect your count.
Additional children are $10.00 each with a maximum of 24 children. Please let us know ahead of time if you plan on having more then 16 children. One adult must be present for every 4 children.
Reserve Your Party
To make a party reservation at the Chesterland Store Location, please call Angela at 440-729-0909 ext. 104. Please have your preferred dates/times, number of children attending, special needs (if required) and payment information available. Your reservation will be locked with payment.
Our site is updated daily, so in the event your initial date request is taken we will try our best to fulfill your other dates.

Tuesday 10:00-12:00 & 1:00-3:00 & 4:00-6:00 Please note we'll be closed on Tuesdays from September 1st to March 1st.

Weekend Party Hours
Weekend Parties will be offered September - February.
$159.00 for Saturday' s 10:30-12:30 or 130-330 and $189.00 for 4:30-6:30
$159.00 for Sunday's 11:00-1:00 or 2:00-4:00 and $189.00 for 5:00-7:00
PLEASE NOTE: Rainbow Customer's will be charged 40.00 to upgrade to a WeekEND party. Party Certificates will be charged the difference to upgrade to a WeekEND party.
* Prices subject to change without notice. Payment Due upon party registration/reservation. A $50 Clean-Up Deposit will be due upon party arrival and refunded upon clean-up of party area & play areas used. If the area isn't cleaned, the $50 deposit will be forfeited.
Cancellation
Fee is fully refundable up to 14 days prior to your scheduled party. If cancelled within 14 days of scheduled party, Playground World, Inc. will retain a $40.00 cancellation fee. Free Parties (Certificate or Rainbow) will be billed $40.00.

Party Setup
Upon arrival (before you unload and set up your party) you will need to turn in a $50.00 refundable clean up deposit (CASH or CHECK). In order for your $50 deposit to be returned you must adhere to the Playground World, Inc. guidelines.
Your party is scheduled for 2 hours. You are welcome to come 15 minutes before your scheduled time to set up. At the end of the party we will shut off 1 bank of lights at that point you have 15 minutes to clean up. Parties start and end PROMPTLY. Parents dropping off their children must return 15 minutes before the end of the party to pick them up. You must remain on the premises until every child in your party has safely left the building.
All guests must have a signed Party Guest Registration and Waiver Form. Please give the form to the Sales Representative at the front counter before joining the party. NO EXCEPTIONS!
Playground World, Inc. is NOT responsible for supervising your party. It is the responsibility of you the supervising adult and the children's parents/legal guardians. Please have 1 supervising adult for every 4 children.
Party Guidelines
You are welcome to bring cake and other goodies. Refrigerator and Freezer available for storage. You are responsible for bringing your own paper supplies, i.e. plates, napkins, cups, utensils, candles, matches etc.
Please give party favors at the end of the party.
Piñatas are to be kept in the party room.
No food, drinks, or gum/candy in the showroom area.
Playground World, Inc. will not be responsible for any personal items that are lost or stolen.
There is NO smoking or alcoholic beverages permitted at Playground World Inc.
Please Note: Since we are a retail business, shoppers are allowed to test the Rainbow Play Systems and Basketball Goals during your party.
Clean Up Guidelines
You must clean up the area before you leave. We will provide you the cleaning supplies.
Please sweep the showroom of any mulch.
Please wipe all table tops and counter tops.
Please stack the tables and chairs.
Please empty the party room trash and place behind the building.
Please wipe/mop any spills if needed.
