Your (installation) guys did a PHENOMENAL job today. They didn’t seemed bothered by the weather at all, though I kept offering coffee and hot cocoa, they kept smiling and saying, “Really, we’re fine!” I can’t imagine a better installation experience. Dave was especially knowledgeable of possible safety hazards and had ideas about how to adapt to the specifics of the site. They worked well together and were polite and as unobtrusive as could be. I was immensely impressed and everyone is thrilled with the playset, the trampoline and the zip line. Thanks so much!
