Move / Reassembly of a Play System $100 + Regular Installation Price
Service Call w/1 Man (Inlay and Universal Club Rockwall, Accessories, Touch Ups, and Light Duty Warranty Replacement Items) $89.00 /hour*
Service Call w/2 technicians
Move in Yard / Disassemble of Play System for Movers
Warranty labor or Add-on products (monkey bars, penthouse etc)
$169.00 /hour*
Anything over 4 hours will receive a 10% discount
Delivery fee includes up to 30 miles from warehouse. $89.00 Delivery fee plus $2.00 per mile over 30 miles.
Disposal and removal of a Residential Play System - Small Metal or Wood Sets $89.00 / hour* plus disposal and removal fee, $100 for metal and $150 for wood.

Prices are Subject to Change.

After the first hour, time is invoiced in 15 minute intervals.

*There is a 1 hour minimum on each service call.

Playground World Inc. reserves the right to make modifications or changes to the product/services and pricing. Effective 4/1/2008

Please follow the steps listed below in order to process your warranty claim:

  1. Complete the information on the form below.
  2. Attach the photos of the parts clearly showing the damage.
  3. Attach a scanned copy of your original invoice/receipt.

Please note: The warranty only covers the products not the labor involved in replacing them. The replacement parts are shipped from the factory to our warehouse location free of charge to you (the purchaser) and may only be picked up from this location. If you prefer to have Playground World install the replacement parts, the labor is your (the purchaser's) responsibility. The labor charge will be determined by the amount of labor involved in replacing the parts.
