Thank you for purchasing a Rainbow Play System. We hope it will bring your family years of safe and enjoyable backyard fun. We use the finest materials, including 100% natural North American chemical-free hardwoods, dual-bolt construction, commercial-grade hardware, dipped safety chains and all our Rainbow Play Systems are covered by our unprecedented
lifetime warranty. We understand products may become defective and may qualify to be replaced under warranty. Please review the following warranty procedures.

Warranty Claim Procedure
Warranty claims are available to the original owners and are not transferable. Please review the basic grading rules for a play system warranty claim on the back of this sheet before proceeding with a claim.
We require a brief written description of the warranty issue. Photos of the warranted parts, and of the entire play system. The digital picture should not exceed 100K.

If any of the above steps are not completed, there may be delays in the completion of your claim, or possibly warranty cancellation. We will review the claim and make contact with the customer by mail, email, or phone.
The customer is subject to pay the shipping charge for the warranty parts from the factory if warranty is approved. Labor (Service Call) for an approved warranty claim is FREE for the first 90 days after purchase. There is a minimal Service Call fee after the first 90 days.

| Disposal and removal of a Residential Play System - Small Metal or Wood Sets | $89.00 / hour* plus disposal and removal fee, $100 for metal and $150 for wood. |

After the first hour, time is invoiced in 15 minute intervals.
*There is a 1 hour minimum on each service call.
Playground World Inc. reserves the right to make modifications or changes to the product/services and pricing. Effective 4/1/2008
Please follow the steps listed below in order to process your warranty claim:
- Complete the information on the form below.
- Attach the photos of the parts clearly showing the damage.
- Attach a scanned copy of your original invoice/receipt.

Please note: The warranty only covers the products not the labor involved in replacing them. The replacement parts are shipped from the factory to our warehouse location free of charge to you (the purchaser) and may only be picked up from this location. If you prefer to have Playground World install the replacement parts, the labor is your (the purchaser's) responsibility. The labor charge will be determined by the amount of labor involved in replacing the parts.
