Subject to proper installation and normal use, Rainbow Play Systems, Inc.® warrants, subject to the limitations stated below, to the original retail purchaser, all chain, seats, swing-hangers, all Cedar and Redwood components, hardware, metal braces, canvas, flags, and accessories to be free of defects in material and workmanship for a period of ONE YEAR from the date of purchase. Seasonal checks and surface cracks are not considered defects in material and workmanship as they are a natural characteristic of all wood. Merchandise covered under this limited one-year warranty will be repaired or replaced, at our option, and returned to the customer, freight prepaid. Any service work that must be preformed on site that does not qualify under the warranty specifications will be billed directly to the purchaser.

In Addition, for a period of 10 YEARS from the date of purchase, Rainbow Play Systems, Inc.® warrants, to the original purchaser, all Redwood and Cedar Components against structural failure due to corrosion, wood rot or insect infestation. Seasonal checks and surface cracks, a natural characteristic of all wooden play equipment, not resulting in structural failure, are not covered under this warranty. This limited 10-year warranty also applies to bronze bushing swing hangers and slide bedway. Components covered under this limited 10-year warranty will be replaced, free of charge, and returned to the customer, freight collect. If you are dealing directly with a local dealer or distributor all labor coasts, travel expenses and any other charges involved in the installation or replacement of the parts will be your (the purchaser's) responsibility. Non-residential systems will have a limited five-year warranty and product must be serviced annually.

Rainbow Play Systems, Inc.® reserves the right to examine photographs or physical evidence of merchandise claimed to be defective, and to recover said merchandise, prior to disposition of warranty claims. Merchandise returned to our factory for examination or recovery must be shipped freight prepaid, unless a Return Authorization Number is issued.

No warranty is offered on equipment subjected to abuse, negligence, improper installation, vandalism, acts of God, unauthorized alteration or attachment to equipment other than our own. Rainbow Play Systems, Inc.® assumes no responsibility for incidental or consequential damages which may arise from the purchase or use of our equipment. Please supervise your children's play activity and maintain you play equipment periodically.

This warranty is expressly in lieu of all other warranties, expressed or implied, including warranties of merchantability or fitness for use. Rainbow Play Systems, Inc.® does not assume, or authorize any person or representative to assume for us, any other liability in connection with the sale of our products.
